As a Multimedia Intern at Karen Law Group, you will have a unique opportunity to explore and contribute to various aspects of visual content creation, including photography, writing, and videography. This role is designed for individuals with a diverse skill set who are eager to gain hands-on experience in creating captivating multimedia content.

Job Description

Photography:

  • Assisting setting up and maintaining photography equipment for diverse projects, including product photography, event coverage, and portrait photography.
  • Participate in organizing and preparing photo-shoots to ensure seamless execution.
  • Capture high-quality photographs in a variety of settings with a keen eye for composition.
  • Edit and retouch photos using Adobe Creative Suite or similar photo editing software.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the vision for each project is met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the photography studio and equipment.

Writing:

  • Research and craft high-quality articles, blog posts, and other content pieces.
  • Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and style to meet the company’s standards.
  • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas.
  • Assist in content planning and organization to align with company goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news to infuse current insights into the content.

Videography:

  • Assist in setting up and operating video equipment for various projects, such as promotional videos, educational videos, and event coverage.
  • Capture high-quality video footage and audio recordings with attention to detail.
  • Participate in video editing and post-production tasks using software like Canvas, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to brainstorm and plan engaging video concepts.
  • Maintain and organize video equipment and files to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Stay informed about video production trends and technologies for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of C+ from secondary school.
  • Pursuing or completed an undergraduate course in Film, Writing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of photography principles, writing skills, and basic videography techniques.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar photo and video editing software.
  • Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong eye for composition.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
  • A portfolio showcasing photography, writing samples, or videography work is highly encouraged.
